By accessing or using the services provided by imrHosting ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs our services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or phishing content.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
  • Hosting illegal content, including copyrighted material without permission.
  • Running CPU-intensive scripts or cryptocurrency miners.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other user accounts.

5. Payments and Billing

  • Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan in advance.
  • Renewals: Services will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • Late Payments: Accounts with overdue invoices may be suspended after 3 days and terminated after 14 days.
  • Refunds: Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Backups and Data Loss

While we perform daily backups for disaster recovery purposes, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of your website files and databases. imrHosting accepts no liability for data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our dashboard. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
