2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our guarantee:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of the initial account activation.
  • This applies only to the first-time purchase of a hosting service. Renewals and upgrades are not eligible.
  • The account must not have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, phishing, or illegal activities).

3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain products and services are non-refundable due to their nature and third-party costs:

  • Domain Names: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. You retain ownership of the domain for the registration period.
  • Software Licenses: Costs for cPanel, CloudLinux, Softaculous, or other paid add-on licenses.
  • Setup Fees: Any dedicated setup fees or migration fees paid.
  • VPS & Dedicated Servers: These services are not covered under the 3-day money-back guarantee unless explicitly stated otherwise during the offer.

4. Cancellation Process

To request a refund and cancel your service:

  • Log in to your Client Area.
  • Open a Support Ticket with the Billing Department with the subject "Cancellation Request".
  • Briefly explain the reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve).
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Payment Methods

Refunds are processed to the original source of payment (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, PayPal). If the original payment method does not support refunds (e.g., certain bank transfers), the amount will be added as credit to your imrHosting client account for future use.

6. Changes to Policy

imrHosting reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new refund policy.
